The CRL 801 Dicer from NHS Máquinas is actually a slicer, grater, chopper and vegetable digger, all in the same machine. It was developed to perform 3, 10, 15 and 20 millimeter-cuts with precision, quality and efficiency. In addition, it was made with an easy and quick knife change mechanism. It also has a constructive form that facilitates the cleaning and sanitizing of the equipment. It complies with the NR-12 safety standard and is the only one designed in Brazil that performs high precision 3 millimeter-cuts and quality slices, sticks and cubes. In addition to that, the CRL 801 has a capacity of up to 1,200 kg/hour and, due to its high cutting precision, makes it possible to replace the traditional vegetable grater. For the 3 mm cut, CRL.801 has a limit of 70 mm diameter products and 120 mm length. For the other cut thicknesses, it has a 120 mm diameter and length limitation.
The CRL 801 Radial Vegetable Dicer from NHS Máquinas has a mobile housing with a horizontal axis and a high precision rotor that pushes the products to the first blade, responsible for cutting the products into slices. In addition, it has two sets of knives that can be easily removed or exchanged. The first set of knives is the circular one, responsible for cutting the sticks, and the second set of straight knives, responsible for cutting the cubes. The CRL.801 also has a supply and discharge nozzle suitable for safety standards to avoid any risk to the operator. Another advantage of the NHS Máquinas Dicer is that it comes with castors, which facilitate the movement of the equipment for when allocated in continuous lines or for easy positioning of the equipment.
