The LVX.1100 by NHS Máquinas e Serviços is a piece of equipment developed to meet the needs of companies who need to efficiently wash plastic boxes of different sizes. It has easily adjustable production capacity and box sizes. You can wash few units or as many as 1100 boxes an hour. The LVX.1100 is versatile as it has been designed in modules through which the box can undergo a heated water bath, directable water jets, high-pressure jets, and even a complete disinfection system. That being so, you can purchase the most optimal and economic module and configuration that meet the perfect cleaning needs of your operation.
The First Module of the LVX.1100 comprises the first stage of box washing, made up of an immersion tank that is approximately six meters in length into which the dirt boxes are inserted with their opening facing downward, then automatically following on the washing flow. This module has electric heating and a closed, independent water circulation system that is supplied by a 2-HP pump. The water is boosted up through the strategically positioned piping to cause turbulence in the water, thus promoting effective pre-cleaning of the boxes. The heating associated with the water turbulence causes the dirt embedded in the boxes to soften and be more easily removed in the next process. In addition, the First Module of the LVX.1100 has a gear reduction motor driven by a frequency inverter to remove the boxes from inside the tank in a completely automated, controllable way.
The First Module of the LVX.1100 also includes an automatic and efficient screening system of different micron dimensions with two tanks, a washing one and a level control one, for the purpose of retaining solid particles and always keeping an optimal level of water, depending on how dirty the boxes are, which enables the same water to be used for up to 3 work shifts. Furthermore, the Automatic Immersion Tank can be coupled to any other module of the Multiple-Stage Box Washing Machine LVX.1100 or other box washers to increase the washing efficiency

The Second Module of the LVX.1100 comprises the second stage of washing of the boxes, which is the most efficient stage in terms of dirt removal, since it works with a very high volume of water in a closed circulation system, with 64 fanlike nozzles that reach the boxes at a proper inclination degree for higher dirt removal efficiency. The nozzles are installed to a mechanism of eight core tubes strategically placed to cover 100% of all surfaces of the boxes. In addition, the nozzles are supplied by a 7.5-horse power pump. This module, because it removes dirt the most, has an efficient water re-circulation and screening system that prevents clogging of the nozzles as well as allows it work a whole shift of eight hours with no water replacement whatsoever. This module can work in an independent manner, jointly only with the first module or even along with the third module.

The Third Module of the LVX.1100 is the most powerful one and ensures the most extensive sanitization of the boxes. This module comprises the third and fourth stage of the Multiple-Stage Box Washing Machine. The third stage is similar to the second one, though with higher water pressure. The quantity and position of the nozzles and the water reuse system are the same ones as in the second stage; however, it works with a 12.5-hp multistage pump that provides high-pressure jets to remove any and all dirt that may still be left in the plastic boxes.
The Fourth Stage plays the role of providing sterilization to the plastic boxes. By using a pump, special nozzles, and one tank with a sanitizing solution, this stage washes and performs sanitization of the whole box. As the process re-uses the sanitizing solution in a closed circulation system, it saves water and sanitizing products. At the end of that process, we have a box completely free of solid dirt and fully sterilized. This module can also work jointly with only the first or the second washing module.

The Roller Conveyor is recommended for use right after the last washing stage of the LVX.1100. It helps minimize its water waste, since it includes a bottom gutter to collect the water running down the boxes and flowing down in the preceding process. Moreover, it works as a lung to make it easier for the operators to collect and stack the boxes.
