The DLA 350 peeler provides peeling by rotating the lower disc (abrasive or with blades), where in contact with the disc, the food husk is removed.
The DSL 25 provides the peeling, by means of abrasive material, applied on the inner sides and on the lower disc.

The product is manually placed on a rotating shaft and secured by a pneumatic lever. The door is closed and the product is peeled individually.
