CSM.03 is composed of a circular device, made entirely of stainless steel 304, capacity for three plastic centrifuging baskets. In order to facilitate collection of the product coming from the previous process, in the upper part of CSM.03, there are also baskets, which can be manually rotated. By means of the mobile dry reel, usually placed under the washing machine output conveyor, the products fall directly into one of the baskets, speeding the production process up. Thus, when a basket is full, the operator can quickly turn the reel, taking it to centrifugation and replacing it with an empty basket.
